O Angel Program

O Warrior would like to recognize the mothers of O Angels (deceased omphalocele child) by offering a keepsake in honor of their O babies. If you are the mother of an O Angel or would like to nominate the mother of an O Angel to receive an O Warrior necklace, please complete the form below. Our hearts are with you, and we would love to send you a necklace to help you keep your O baby close to your heart.

Please note that stock is limited and we may not be able to fulfill all orders immediately upon submission. Orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. We cannot guarantee that all nominees will receive a necklace.
