O WARRIOR RESEARCH GRANT RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES

ANY PERSON WHOSE NAME, ADDRESS, OR EMAIL ADDRESS IS OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF THIS DRAWING MAY BE CONTACTED BY O WARRIOR. THE SPONSOR OF THE DRAWING IS O WARRIOR, WITH AN ADDRESS OF 6483 W 8170 S, WEST JORDAN, UT 84081. O WARRIOR IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) AND ALL PROCEEDS, LESS EXPENSES, WILL BENEFIT O WARRIOR INITIATIVES.

ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be: (i) an individual (i.e. natural person); (ii) eighteen years of age or older; and (iii) currently residing within the United States. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The raffle will be conducted and tickets will be available for purchase from 12:00 A.M. on January 15, 2026 through 11:59 PM on January 19, 2026. Tickets will be sold for $10.00 per ticket. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries. Participant must provide their name and email address with the raffle entry. The name listed on the entry shall be considered the “entrant” and O Warrior shall have no obligation to deliver any prize to any person other than the listed entrant. Payments for the ticket(s) shall be made via the Zeffy platform. All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. 

DRAWING: Upon purchasing a ticket, the Participant will be entered for a chance to win an O Warrior NICU Bundle (collectively, the “Prize”). Two entrants will be picked by random drawing as the winner (“Winner”), to be announced on January 20, 2026. The process for random selection will be in O Warrior’s sole discretion. The odds of being randomly selected as a Winner depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be contacted via email and if a Winner is not responsive, as determined in O Warrior’s sole discretion, O Warrior may choose an alternate Winner. O Warrior will coordinate with the Winner for delivery of the Prize. 

PRIZE: The Prize is not redeemable for cash and no Prize substitution will be made except as provided at O Warrior’s sole discretion. O Warrior reserves the right to substitute prizes, or portions thereof, or one of equal or greater value for any reason. O Warrior reserves the right to change or cancel the drawing at its sole discretion at any time. O Warrior is not responsible for the inability of the Winner to claim, accept, or use the Prize. Prize will not be replaced if lost, destroyed, or stolen. 

GENERAL: The award of the Prize may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes. Any tax liability associated with the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner. By participating, Winner grants O Warrior permission to use Winner’s name, image, and likeness in connection with promotion of O Warrior, without further notice, review, approval, payment, or consideration and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. O Warrior shall not have any liability for any injury, loss, cost, damage, expense, or claim arising out of the drawing or acceptance of the Prize. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this raffle or these Rules must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction of such court and to the service of process outside the state of Utah pursuant to the requirements of such court in any matter submitted to it. By participating in this raffle, all Participants agree to abide by and comply with the above Rules, which may be amended, changed, modified, or rescinded from time to time.
